Michaela Klamt

Operations Manager, Michaela joined Dynamic Data Group after spending eight years in the boxed beef industry at "Greater Omaha Packing Co.” and learning the nuances of the produce and protein markets.  She has four years of human resources experience, performing weekly payroll cycles and benefits administration.  The following four years she spent at the sales desk as a jack-of-all-trades assistant, gaining insight on the needs of large and small traders, processors, and foodservice providers.  During this time she acquired an interest in how the company’s marketing information is collected and used, and sought to develop its business intelligence and analytics capabilities.

Outside of work, Michaela is working on completing her MBA in Business Analytics at the University of Nebraska at Omaha; she is slated to graduate in Fall 2025.  When she is not working on Dynamic Data projects or on coursework, she can be spotted outside running at any of Omaha’s many park trails, and spending time with family and friends.
