The Need: In our collaboration with Mobilize.io, we focused on enhancing both their data management within the DOMO platform and verifying their web app actions within the platform. Key areas of focus included:

• DOMO Cards and Dashboards Audit: We conducted a thorough review of Mobilize's current DOMO cards and dashboards to identify and rectify any inefficiencies or issues.

• DOMO Dataset Cleanup: Removed duplicate rows in datasets to streamline data processing and improve data quality.

• ETL Optimization: Identified and reduced excessive ETLs, minimizing row count to enhance data processing efficiency.

• Dataset Consolidation: Identified duplicate datasets, consolidating data where feasible to simplify the data architecture.

• Verification of Web App Actions in DOMO: Ensured that actions performed in the Web App were accurately tracked and integrated into the DOMO system for comprehensive reporting and analysis.

The Solution:

• Streamlined Dashboard & Card Management: We performed a detailed audit of Mobilize's existing DOMO cards and dashboards, identifying and rectifying inefficiencies and issues.

• Efficient Data Cleaning: Our strategy involved a robust data cleaning process, focused on removing redundant rows from datasets. This cleanup process was crucial in streamlining data processing and improving the overall integrity and reliability of the data.

• Enhanced ETL Processes: To further refine data handling, we focused on optimizing the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. The goal was to identify and reduce unnecessary ETLs, thereby minimizing row count and increasing the efficiency of data processing with master ETLs.

• Integrated Web App Tracking in DOMO: We tested actions performed in the Mobile App and Web App and ensured that data was accurately tracked and integrated into the DOMO system.
